TEMULAWAK
Temulawak merupakan tanaman asli Indonesia yang mengandungi Kurkuminoid dan Minyak Atsiri yang digunakan secara turun-temurun untuk menjaga kesihatan dan sebagai perlindung dari serangan pelbagai penyakit.
Kegunaan Temulawak :
Dalam perubatan herba Temulawak banyak digunakan untuk mengubat penyakit-penyakit seperti:
1. Rheumatik dan kesakitan pada otot.
2. Ubat demam( anti-pyretic)
3. Masalah hati, demam kuning dan penyakit batu karang
4. Penyakit kulit
5. Menghilangkan kekejangan dan mengelaknya dari berulang
6. Buasir dan masalah kerengsaan pada rektum
7. Berak berdarah (bloody diarrhea) dan disentri. Juga merawat masalah sembelit
8. Batuk dan demam pada kanak-kanak.
9. Masalah keputihan dan jangkitan kulat seperti candida albican pada vagina.
10. Penyakit kencing manis.
11. Gastrik dan gas berlebihan
LEMPOYANG
Lempoyang merupakan sejenis herba dari kumpulan Zingiber (Halia) yang penting untuk kesihatan.
Kegunaan LEMPOYANG :
Lempoyang merupakan herba utama dan dicampur dengan daun-daun herba lain untuk dijadikan sebagai rebusan mandian herba wanita lepas bersalin. Rebusan daun lempoyang terbukti dapat memberi kesegaran dalaman dan luaran kepada golongan wanita lepas bersalin. Lempoyang juga boleh membantu mengatasi masalah kurang selera makan.
